We hope this email finds you safe and healthy.  As you are probably aware in your daily life, the disruption to the Supply Chain continues to be challenging for many industries, particularly the foodservice industry. While summer is still months away, we are advising our members to order early and stay ahead. 


The current disruptions are not specific to a single category as we continue to see them across all vendors and manufacturers.  By ordering early, it will allow you to stay ahead and plan accordingly. Some vendors will be able to backorder your items and put you in the queue as they become available.  Currently, we are seeing delays of over a month or more on many common kitchen disposable items including cups, plates, bowls, food boats, etc.
